AviatDo 360 Global Aviation Training Forum Rescheduled to September 2027 in El Salvador

El Salvador – Aviation advisory firm AviatDo has rescheduled its AviatDo 360 Global Aviation Training & Development Forum to a three-day event beginning September 28, 2027 at Barceló San Salvador, after the forum was originally planned for May 2026. The expanded programme will bring together airline, flight school, regulator, simulation, maintenance and air traffic management leaders around training standards, technology and workforce development, providing pilot training organisations with a regional forum for CBTA, instructor development, simulator strategy and training-capacity discussions.

• The AviatDo 360 forum will begin at 09:00 on September 28, 2027 at Barceló San Salvador.
• Four programme tracks are currently planned:
  • Pilot Training Excellence,
  • Maintenance Workforce Readiness,
  • ATC & Airport, and
  • Leadership & Development.
• Pilot-training and workforce topics include Competency-Based Training and Assessment, evidence- and data-driven training, instructor development and standardisation, human performance, training for next-generation aircraft and systems, simulator strategy, training throughput, digital records and quality assurance.
• The intended audience includes training directors, Heads of Training and other senior leaders from airlines, flight training organisations, ANSPs and ATC academies, MRO and maintenance training organisations, airports, regulators, OEMs, simulator suppliers and training technology providers.
• AviatDo’s current speaker roster includes senior representatives from Turkish Airlines, Avianca, ICAO, Aeromexico Connect, Copa Airlines, Viva Aerobus, COCESNA and El Salvador’s Civil Aviation Authority, alongside specialists in CBTA, EBT, human performance and aviation workforce development. The programme remains subject to change.
• The forum was originally scheduled for May 26-28, 2026 in San Salvador. AviatDo subsequently moved the main event to 2027 as part of a wider restructuring of its aviation training initiative.
• In the period leading to the 2027 forum, AviatDo has introduced AviatDo Talks, a programme of specialised training and collaboration sessions. Its current schedule runs from September 8, 2026 through July 22, 2027 and covers aviation workforce demand, CBTA adoption, data-driven training, instructor standardisation, human performance, talent retention and immersive training technologies.
• Registration is currently listed at:
  • $100 for universities, flight schools, government entities and ANSPs;
  • $200 for flight operators, FBOs and MROs;
  • $250 for industry associations;
  • $500 for general aviation-industry registration; and
  • $50 for students.
• AFM previously reported on August 31, 2026 that AviatDo had also established a Pilot Training & Development Working Group bringing together training leaders from Viva Aerobus, Aeromexico, Aeromexico Connect, Copa Airlines, LATAM Airlines, CAE and IATA to examine CBTA, EBT, simulator capacity, instructor development and regulatory alignment across Latin America.
• AFM also previously reported that AviatDo partnered with Hinfact in 2025 to support deployment of training management, CBTA and EBT solutions across the Americas.
