Aviate Pro ME LLC Group and SkyConnect Form Strategic Partnership to Connect Aviation Markets from the Middle East to East Asia

Qatar & South Korea – Aviate Pro ME LLC Group, the multinational aviation services enterprise with offices in Doha, Sherman Oaks and Glasgow, and SkyConnect, the global aviation solutions company headquartered in Seoul, Republic of Korea, announced the formation of a strategic partnership.

The partnership establishes a framework for cooperation in aircraft sourcing and leasing, ACMI and capacity solutions, private and charter aviation, pilot training and operational readiness, and aviation intelligence. Together, the two organisations will connect airlines, operators, lessors and private clients across the Middle East, South Asia, Europe and North America with SkyConnect's network of partners in Korea, Japan, Thailand and Laos.

The agreement reflects a shared conviction that the aviation industry is best served not by brokerage alone, but by partners able to deliver the complete operational structure behind every aircraft, crew and flight.

Scope of the Partnership

• Aircraft Sourcing, Leasing and ACMI. The partners will combine SkyConnect's direct access to aircraft owners, lessors and ACMI operators with the Group's leasing and brokerage mandates and its technical evaluation capability. Airlines and operators across Pakistan, the Gulf and Central Asia will gain access to commercial, cargo and business aircraft for acquisition, dry lease, wet lease and ACMI deployment, supported by transaction coordination and due diligence conducted to recognised regulatory standards.
• Private Jet and Charter Aviation. SkyConnect's private jet and charter capability, spanning light jets through large cabin aircraft such as the Gulfstream G450 and G550, will be supported by the Group's expertise in airline dispatch, operational control and flight planning. This combination will enable seamless private, corporate, government and group charter operations between East Asia, the Middle East, South Asia and Europe.
• Aviation Intelligence, Safety and Compliance. Flight Core Intelligence, the Group's aviation intelligence platform, will provide SkyConnect and its clients with airspace, operational risk and fuel intelligence to support route planning in a period of significant regional airspace disruption. The Group's leadership experience in regulatory safety oversight with the FAA and EASA will further strengthen safety and quality assurance across jointly delivered operations.
