USA – Aviation career consultant Kit Darby will deliver three airline pilot employment forums at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh on July 24 and 25, 2026. The sessions will provide pilots with current hiring forecasts and practical guidance on job-search planning, airline applications and résumés.

• Three forums are scheduled across two days:
  • U.S. Airline Pilot Job Market 2026 — Friday, July 24, from 2:30pm to 3:45pm CDT at Forum Stage 11.
  • Airline Pilot Job Search Planning – Get the Job Now — Saturday, July 25, from 11:30am to 12:45pm CDT at Forum Stage 6.
  • Online Applications and Résumés — Saturday, July 25, from 1:00pm to 2:15pm CDT at Forum Stage 5.
• The first session will focus on the US airline pilot employment outlook for 2026 and subsequent years, while the Saturday sessions will address employment strategy and the preparation of airline applications and résumés.
