USA – Metro Aviation, a US-based helicopter operator and EMS aviation services provider, has signed an exclusive agreement with USAeroSim to become the exclusive distributor of USAeroSim's Desktop Trainer (DTT) classroom simulator range — covering a broad portfolio of rotary-wing and fixed-wing airframes used across EMS, law enforcement, and business aviation operations.

Under the exclusive partnership, Metro Aviation will bring USAeroSim's Desktop Trainer simulators to market across the following airframes: rotary-wing — H125, LE H135, MH145, D3 H160 EMS; fixed-wing — PC-12, PC-24, and HondaJet.
The partnership's stated objective is to optimise aircrew ground time through highly effective and cost-efficient desktop trainers that maintain an ultra-high state of readiness — addressing one of the persistent operational challenges for EMS and air medical operators, where simulator access is constrained by scheduling, cost, and device availability relative to the frequency of required training events.
Metro Aviation's role as exclusive provider positions it as the go-to channel for USAeroSim's DTT range across the US market, leveraging Metro's established presence in the helicopter EMS sector — the company signed a letter of intent for Airbus H140 aircraft at VERTICON 2025 alongside other major EMS operators.
