Global – Aviation eLearning platform RAeroLLC has expanded its interactive aircraft systems training offering for instructor-led classroom use and independent pilot study. The tools allow system states and component relationships to be demonstrated dynamically across multiple Airbus, Boeing, and Embraer aircraft, supporting initial, review and recurrent training without requiring simulator access.

  • RAero’s current aircraft library lists 12 aircraft types or configurations: Airbus A320 family, A330 and A350; Boeing 737NG, 737 MAX, 747-400, 757, 767, 777 and 787; and Embraer EMB 195 and ERJ 145.
  • The interactive systems library currently covers areas including APU start and stop sequences, bleed-air logic, electrical systems and panels, fire testing and protection, fuel systems, hydraulic systems and aircraft power-up procedures.
  • The tools are designed for two operating modes. Instructors can step through system states during classroom teaching, briefings and technical instruction, while students can interact with the same systems independently for self-study, review and recurrent preparation.
  • Individual components including valves, switches and bus ties can be changed during an exercise, with the diagram responding to the selected state. RAero’s current platform also incorporates guided prompts and knowledge checks within its interactive-diagram offering.
  • The systems trainers form one part of RAero’s wider digital training platform, which also includes aircraft systems CBT/eLearning, Flight DeckXR familiarization, browser-based WebXR checklist and procedure training, an Airbus A320 Flight Management System Trainer, general-subject training and cabin crew courseware.
  • RAero states that its procedure and courseware products can be configured around an operator’s aircraft, SOPs and FCOM procedures. The company also offers content-ownership arrangements allowing customers to subsequently update and manage purchased training material.
  • AFM previously reported that RAeroLLC launched its wider aviation training ecosystem in July 2026, combining computer-based training, immersive XR/VR familiarization, WebXR procedure training, interactive instructor diagrams, FMS training and cabin crew and maintenance content.
