Utah, USA — PlaneEnglish has entered into a partnership with Utah State University’s (USU) Aviation Technology program to integrate its ARSim Radio Communications Simulator into the curriculum. This collaboration aims to strengthen students’ proficiency in ATC communications alongside their technical training.
USU’s Aviation Technology program offers B.S. degrees in Professional Pilot (fixed wing & rotorcraft), Maintenance Management, and Aviation Management.
The ARSim system enables students to practice radio communications in a controlled, repeatable environment, helping them build confidence before flights.
The tool supports scalable, consistent training across multiple disciplines and reinforces FAA phraseology and communication best practices.
By automating radio‑comm training, the approach potentially frees up cockpit flight time for more advanced skill development.
