USA – Digital ground-school provider AviatorPro has expanded its integration with Pilotbase, enabling flight schools to enroll students in a flight syllabus and an AviatorPro ground-school course through a single action.

  • One enrollment action now completes two assignments: the student’s flight syllabus within Pilotbase and the corresponding AviatorPro ground-school course.
  • Schools using the integration no longer need to create the same enrollment separately in both systems. AviatorPro said the enrollment information is synchronised between the platforms.
  • AviatorPro currently publishes ground-school courses for Private Pilot, Instrument Rating, Commercial Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor training, with a multi-engine course under development. Its platform includes lesson assignments, student-progress monitoring and reporting tools for flight schools.
  • Pilotbase Flight Ops, formerly Flight Schedule Pro, combines scheduling and operational management with student-progress information. Pilotbase also operates LogTen and is rolling out a wider platform covering flight operations, safety, pilot records, financing and career pathways.
  • The companies are presenting the integration during EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2026, with AviatorPro directing flight-school representatives to booth 54.
  • AFM previously reported that AviatorPro joined the Flight Schedule Pro marketplace in July 2025, initially allowing schools to incorporate its ground-school content into their operational workflows. The latest update extends that relationship by automating simultaneous syllabus and ground-school enrollment.
