BAA Training Enhances Training Capability with Team Engaged in Competency Based Training and Assessment

Global –pilot training group BAA Training, which operates flight schools and full flight simulator training centers, has taken a significant step in implementing Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) through a three-day instructor training course led by IATA’s Renier Yann. The course focussed on CBTA methodology, instructor standardization, and hands-on practice – designed to enhance training quality for Ab Initio and Type Rating Training Organization (TRTO) instructors and students.
