Global - pilot training group BAA Training, which operates flight schools and full flight simulator training centers, has taken a significant step in implementing Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) through a three-day instructor training course led by IATA’s Renier Yann. The course focussed on CBTA methodology, instructor standardization, and hands-on practice - designed to enhance training quality for Ab Initio and Type Rating Training Organization (TRTO) instructors and students.
