BAA Training is Seeking to Hire a Head of Marketing to Lead Marketing Department in 2025

Vilnius, Lithuania -  Global pilot training group BAA Training, which operates flight school's and full flight simulator training center's, is seeking to hire a Head of Marketing to lead its marketing department in 2025. The role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate brand presence, drive business growth, and foster collaboration across departments and global markets.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

• 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role

• Proven track record in leading high-performing marketing teams

• Strategic and operational marketing experience

• Strong digital marketing and analytics proficiency

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

• Fluent in English

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365

Key Duties

• Develop and execute company-wide marketing strategy aligned with business goals

• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering professional growth and performance

• Manage internal and external communications, PR, content creation, and digital initiatives

• Oversee marketing budgets and evaluate ROI on marketing spend

• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and vendors

• Monitor market trends, campaign effectiveness, and competitor activity

• Collaborate cross-functionally to support events, partnerships, and other company-wide initiatives

• Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with company processes and strategic objectives
