Vilnius, Lithuania– Global pilot training group BAA Training, which operates flight school’s and full flight simulator training center’s, is seeking to hire a Head of Marketing to lead its marketing department in 2025. The role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate brand presence, drive business growth, and foster collaboration across departments and global markets.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial roleProven track record in leading high-performing marketing teamsStrategic and operational marketing experienceStrong digital marketing and analytics proficiencyExcellent communication, leadership, and project management skillsFluent in EnglishProficient in Microsoft Office 365

Key Duties

Develop and execute company-wide marketing strategy aligned with business goalsLead and mentor the marketing team, fostering professional growth and performanceManage internal and external communications, PR, content creation, and digital initiativesOversee marketing budgets and evaluate ROI on marketing spendBuild and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and vendorsMonitor market trends, campaign effectiveness, and competitor activityCollaborate cross-functionally to support events, partnerships, and other company-wide initiativesEnsure all marketing activities are aligned with company processes and strategic objectives
