Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam based BAA Training Vietnam and Bamboo Airways cooperated in organizing an opening ceremony for the 1st batch of the MPL program with 11 MPL trainees who are future pilots. Besides that, they invited the parents to come and join the ceremony to mark an important milestone in their journey.

After some procedures at the ceremony, to let all students and their parents know more about the aviation academy, both organizations organized a company tour to guide and introduce them to their infrastructure, modern training equipment and devices, and spacious classrooms. Significantly, the most expected thing in this part is trying a full flight simulator, all students will have a chance to sit in the captain or FO’s seat and handle under the instruction of the BAA Training instructor.

On January 12, 2023, the MPL (Multi-Crew Pilot License) program of Bamboo Airways and BAA Training was officially approved by the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV), becoming the first and only program of such type in Vietnam.
