Boeing and Cranfield University Deliver 5 Day Advanced Safety Excellence Program for Turkish Airlines Senior Leaders

Türkiye – Boeing has delivered a five-day Advanced Safety Excellence Program for senior leaders from Turkish Airlines, in partnership with UK-based Cranfield University, bringing together representatives from the airline's Corporate Safety, Cabin Services, Flight Operations, Flight Training, Cargo & Ground Operations, and Quality Assurance divisions.

• The program focused on safety systems, organisational resilience, and safety culture, using a discussion-based methodology to expose airline leadership to new perspectives and practical insights for strengthening safety leadership across operational departments.
• The cross-functional composition of the cohort — spanning flight training, flight operations, ground operations, and quality assurance — reflects an integrated approach to safety culture development rather than a siloed, department-specific intervention.
• The program is delivered as part of Boeing's broader customer support offering, through which the manufacturer provides learning and leadership development programs to airline operators as part of its commercial aviation services division.
