Boeing is looking for a Global Airline Pilot Training Initiatives Regulatory Lead

Boeing Singapore is hiring a Global Airline Pilot Training Regulatory Lead to support regional deployment of Competency Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) and Evidence Based Training (EBT) products and services requiring engagement with airlines and regulators to facilitate efficient and effective implementation. This position is expected to travel to regional customer and Boeing offices. Please see an extract of the job post below.

“Responsibilities:

  • Research local airworthiness regulations and CBTA/EBT implementation and oversight regulatory requirements.
  • Support Boeing customer airlines in gaining CBTA/EBT Regulatory Approval.
  • Anticipate Regulatory requirements to ensure Boeing products and services are implemented efficiently & effectively.
  • Assist Boeing customer airlines with the Regulatory application of alternative means of compliance and product validation processes to facilitate effective implementation of a Boeing product or program.
  • Maintains policies, processes, procedures, execution plans and metrics to assure program, contract, customers, regulatory environments, international standards, and working agreements are deployed using established procedures.
  • Recommends corrective actions to address non-compliance situations, tracks actions and responds to customers and regulators on progress.
  • Reports status to Learning Design and Training Deployment management.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience working in an aviation regulatory environment with an airline customer focus.
  • Knowledge of Flight Crew Licensing & Flight Operations processes

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a Regulatory oversight, flight operations regulatory role or equivalent regulatory position.
  • Knowledge/experience of regulatory processes, practices and procedures related to CBTA/EBT programs and other aviation safety improving products, processes and procedures.
  • Understanding of flight crew training including design, development and deployment and management.
  • Experience/understanding of Training Device regulatory requirements, qualification and standards.

Relocation

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Other Related Information

Candidates must have authorization to work in Singapore and the Company will not be sponsoring Employment Visas.Benefits and pay are determined in line with Singapore labor market practices. This is not an expat assignment.”
