10th Jul 2025

São José dos Pinhais, Brazil – EPA Training Center, a leading regional full-flight simulator training center in Latin America, has significantly expanded its operations since relocating from Bacacheri Airport in Curitiba to its current location near Afonso Pena International Airport in 2020. The strategic move has positioned the center to increase its training capacity and meet growing demand in the region.

  • The current facility spans 2,500 square meters.

  • EPA Training Center operates four full-flight simulators:

    • Embraer ERJ-145/Legacy 600

    • Embraer EMB-120 Brasilia

    • Embraer EMB-110 Bandeirante

    • ATR 42/72

  • The training center has space for four additional simulators, allowing it to double its simulator footprint.

  • The center’s proximity to a major international airport supports improved accessibility for domestic and international operators.
