Bristell Exhibits World's First Rotax 916iS-Certified Aircraft at AERO Friedrichshafen 2026 Alongside Electric Trainer B23 Energic

Germany – Bristell by BRM AERO is exhibiting four aircraft at AERO Friedrichshafen 2026 (22–25 April) at Hall A7, Booth A7-300, headlined by the Bristell B23-916iS — described as the world's first certified aircraft powered by the Rotax 916iS engine, delivering 160 horsepower.

  • The four-aircraft display comprises two Bristell B23-916iS, one Bristell B23-912iS, and one Bristell B23 Energic — the latter being the company's electric trainer programme developed in partnership with Swiss electric propulsion company H55.
  • A press conference is scheduled for Thursday 23 April at 09:15, at which BRM AERO and H55 will present product updates across the Bristell aircraft family, progress on the B23 Energic electric trainer programme, and new technology partnerships for 2026.
  • The BRM AERO factory team from Kunovice, Czech Republic, will be present alongside the H55 team and dealers from more than 15 countries.
