Bye Aerospace CEO Inspects eFlyer 2 SN001 at Composite Approach Facility Ahead of Flight Test

USA – Bye Aerospace CEO Rod Zastrow visited manufacturing partner Composite Approach to inspect eFlyer 2 Serial Number 001 (SN001) during final fabrication and assembly, before the prototype was transported to Bye Aerospace's Colorado facility for flight test preparation.

• Composite Approach was selected by Bye Aerospace to complete the fabrication and assembly of the eFlyer 2 full-scale prototype, supporting development and integration activities throughout the build process.
• The CEO visit provided a pre-transport inspection of SN001 at Composite Approach's shop floor, confirming build quality and integration status before the aircraft's journey to Colorado where it has since been placed on wheels in pre-flight configuration.
• The partnership between Bye Aerospace and Composite Approach was first announced in December 2025, with Composite Approach identified as the fuselage manufacturing partner for the eFlyer 2 prototype, bringing its composite airframe fabrication expertise to the all-electric training aircraft program.
• SN001 is now at Bye Aerospace's Denver-area facility in pre-flight configuration, with the company indicating a first-flight milestone is imminent as it advances toward FAA certification of the all-electric two-seat trainer.
