Global - CAE has announced two senior leadership appointments aimed at strengthening its strategic execution and supporting growth across its civil aviation and defense training businesses.
- Andrew Arnovitz has been appointed Chief Strategy Officer, expanding his responsibilities to lead CAE’s long-term enterprise strategy while continuing his role within the Executive Management Committee.
- Arnovitz brings over two decades of experience within CAE, including leadership in corporate strategy and engagement with global investors, positioning him to guide the company’s next phase of growth.
- Carter Copeland has been appointed President of Flightscape, CAE’s flight data monitoring and safety analytics division, succeeding Pascal Grenier following his transition to President, Defense and Security.
- Copeland brings extensive aerospace and capital markets expertise, including prior leadership roles in strategy and analytics, and is expected to provide continuity and strategic direction to Flightscape’s growth.
- The appointments form part of CAE’s broader leadership-driven transformation, focused on business alignment, disciplined capital deployment, and capturing growth opportunities across aviation training and simulation markets.
