CAE Celebrates the Inauguration of a New Business Aviation Simulator Training Centre in Las Vegas
- CAE’s first business aviation training centre on the U.S. West Coast
- New centre increases training capacity to meet high demand for pilots by offering state-of-the-art training on 8 full-flight simulators
- Over the next decade, CAE expects to contribute a total economic value of $220M+ to Nevada through this major investment
CAE is set to hold the official inauguration on April 04 of its latest business aviation training centre: CAE Las Vegas. The 50,000-square-foot training facility located in Clark County near Harry Reid International Airport has a capacity for up to eight full-flight simulators, seven of which are already in operation. With business jet travel already surpassing pre-pandemic levels, the facility will train over 2,500 pilots annually to help grow the U.S. pilot pipeline and keep customers flying.
CAE executives will be on hand for interviews. There will be tours of the new training centre and simulator demonstrations in addition to brief remarks. There will be excellent photo and video opportunities. Local dignitaries will also be in attendance.
