Global Pilot Training Leader CAE is looking to hire an EASA EU-OPS Training Manager for its European Operations.

About the Job

Provides Subject Matter Expertise for the design, development and production of airline specific EU-OPS courses e.g. Operators Conversion Courses, Recurrent training and checking, command and CRM training. Commands a clear understanding of all requirements and how they relate to operational training to ensure it fulfills the training needs. Reviews functional and operational requirements associated with the training and derives into technical requirements for training system design. Leads or participates in the development of Training Needs Analyses for assigned projects. Supports and advices marketing and business development team for on-going campaigns or prospective projects.

The EASA EU-OPS Training Manager reports to the Head of Training and is responsible for operator specific customized training solutions.

The role can be performed in any of the major CAE Civil locations within the European Union / Schengen or UK.
