Gondia, Maharashtra, India –CAE is seeking Assistant Flight Instructors / CPL holders (freshers or experienced) for its training programs at its flight training facility in India: CAE Gondia. The role focuses on delivering high-quality flight, simulator, and ground instruction to students while promoting professional behavior and strict adherence to safety standards and aviation regulations.

Candidate Requirements

Current Commercial Pilot License (CPL)Assistant Flight Instructor (AFI) Rating (mandatory)Endorsement on DA-40 aircraft (required)No aircraft accident or aviation violation convictionsPrevious experience as a trainer or teacher is advantageousFamiliarity with MS Word and MS Outlook

Key Duties

Provide practical and simulator flight instruction per CAE Global Academy standardsMonitor and assist students to ensure satisfactory progress within course timelinesPromote and model professional and safe behavior as per CAE’s Safety Management SystemComplete student and flight-related records accurately and on timeAttend instructor development meetings, open days, and trade shows as requiredIdentify and suggest improvements to training standards and safety practices
