CAE to Deliver eVTOL Full Flight Simulator to Embraer-CAE Training Services in Singapore
Singapore – CAE, a global leader in civil aviation training solutions, announced during the Singapore Airshow 2026 that Embraer–CAE Training Services (ECTS) has acquired its first full-flight simulator (FFS) specifically for training pilots of Eve Air Mobility’s electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. This milestone marks a major advancement in simulation infrastructure for advanced air mobility (AAM).
-
The CAE 3000 Series FFS, equipped with motion cueing, a full flight deck replica, and the CAE Prodigy™ Visual System powered by Unreal Engine, will deliver an ultra-realistic training environment tailored to urban, single-pilot eVTOL operations.
-
The simulator will be critical for supporting Eve’s aircraft certification and for preparing the initial wave of eVTOL pilots ahead of the aircraft’s expected commercial entry-into-service.
-
This is the first training device delivered to ECTS following its appointment in October 2024 as Eve’s official training provider.
-
The simulator will be integrated into ECTS’s global training network, drawing on Embraer’s operational expertise and CAE’s infrastructure to support pilot, maintenance, and ground crew training under Eve’s EveTechCare support ecosystem.
-
The simulator investment reflects Eve’s strategic approach to aligning training capabilities with aircraft readiness, ensuring safety and operational continuity from launch.
