California, USA – Pacific States Aviation (PSA), a San Francisco Bay Area-based flight training organisation, has added a new Tecnam P2006T MkII (Premium Edition) to its fleet — the first twin-engine aircraft in its expanding Tecnam fleet — through authorised Tecnam dealer Cutter Aviation and financed by strategic lease partner Nesher.
- The Tecnam P2006T MkII (Premium Edition) is the first twin-engine aircraft to join Pacific States Aviation's expanding Tecnam fleet.
- The aircraft features a state-of-the-art glass cockpit environment designed to closely resemble real-world commercial aviation, supporting seamless transition for future airline pilots.
- The P2006T MkII offers fuel efficiency significantly lower than legacy twin-engine trainers, aligning with PSA's stated environmental responsibility mission.
- The transaction was facilitated by Cutter Aviation, celebrating its successful first year as an authorised Tecnam dealer (Cutter has 98 years in business), and financed by Nesher, a specialised aircraft leasing company serving U.S. flight training organisations.
- AFM previously reported that Cutter Aviation facilitated Axiom Flight Services’ acquisition of Tecnam P2006T MkII and P-Mentor aircraft in California in July 2026, while Nesher Aviation previously ordered 10 P-Mentors to support Florida Flyers Flight Academy’s fleet expansion. The latest PSA delivery extends both companies’ involvement in US flight-school fleet modernisation.
