Key Responsibilities

  • Manage flight training operations, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and Part 141 requirements
  • Mentor and lead a team of flight instructors, fostering professional growth and high training standards

Candidate Requirements

  • Weight under 200 lbs (due to SportCruiser specifications)
