Canada – MFC Training, one of Canada's largest flight training groups with operations dating back to 1929, has celebrated the Class of 2026 graduation at its Wings Parade ceremony, with graduates earning their wings across multiple training pathways.
- The Wings Parade marked the graduation of pilots from five distinct training programs:
- Integrated Commercial Pilot Courses (ICPC)
- Diploma in Aviation Technology (IATP)
- Modular Training Program
- Indigenous Pilot Pathway Program
- Mount Allison University Aviation Degree Program
- The Indigenous Pilot Pathway Program, which marked key milestones in 2025, represents MFC Training's contribution to increasing Indigenous representation in Canadian aviation — a nationally significant workforce development initiative.
- MFC Training's partnership with Mount Allison University enables students to earn an aviation degree alongside their pilot training, with the school launching operations at an Ontario base with the university partner in August 2025 as part of a broader base network expansion.
- MFC Training is a subsidiary of PAL Aerospace, an Exchange Income Corporation company, and operates multiple campuses across Atlantic Canada delivering recreational, modular, and integrated commercial pilot training programs.
