Uzbekistan – Uzbekistan Airways Pilot School has announced it is seeking aspiring pilots for enrollment for its ab initio pilot training programs, reaffirming its commitment to developing the next generation of Uzbek commercial pilots under EASA-certified training standards.
The program follows a “2+2” training structure, combining two years of academic studies at Tashkent State Transport University or Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent with two years of flight training at Uzbekistan Airways Pilot School.
The training includes modern theoretical instruction, simulator sessions, and international flight practice components conducted in partnership with Egmont Aviation, a Slovenian flight school.
Uzbekistan Airways Pilot School’s EASA-compliant curriculum integrates both domestic and international training environments, ensuring students receive exposure to European operational standards and cross-border aviation procedures.
Admission is open to Uzbek citizens aged 20–32 who hold higher technical education credentials, meet health and English proficiency standards (IELTS 6.0+/TOEFL 79+/CEFR B2+/ICAO Level 4+), and possess a valid military ticket where applicable.
The collaboration with Egmont Aviation in Slovenia supports the practical flight phase of training, allowing cadets to gain experience in European airspace and multi-engine operations.
