Central Asian Flag Carrier Seeking New First Officers in November 2025

Uzbekistan – Uzbekistan Airways has opened applications for new pilot recruitment, inviting recent graduates of civil aviation flight training institutions to join one of Central Asia’s largest carriers. The airline is seeking Uzbek citizens aged 21 to 36 and is offering stable long-term employment, competitive remuneration and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Candidates must hold a completed aviation education as a Civil Aviation Pilot, with no more than two years elapsed since graduation from a recognised flight training institution.
• Applicants must possess an Instrument Rating and English proficiency at ICAO Level 4 or higher.
• Knowledge of Uzbek, Russian and English at a level sufficient to complete the training programme is mandatory.
