Chimes Aviation Academy Inducts Record IndiGo Batch Marking 18th Anniversary

India – Chimes Aviation Academy (CAA), one of India's leading DGCA-approved flight training groups, has inducted Batch ICP-11 of the CAA IndiGo Cadet Pilot Program in Gurugram — its largest single intake to date — with 67 cadets signing their Letter of Intent, marking a significant scale-up from the 47-cadet ICP-10 batch inducted in January 2026. The induction coincides with Chimes Aviation Academy's 18th anniversary.

• ICP-11's 67-cadet cohort represents a 43% increase over the 47-cadet ICP-10 batch inducted on 12 January 2026, and is the largest single intake in the programme's history since its launch in 2019.
• The CAA IndiGo Cadet Pilot Program was launched in 2019 and has since produced hundreds of cockpit-ready pilots for IndiGo — India's largest airline — positioning it as one of the longest-running airline-specific cadet training partnerships in the country, with CAA and IndiGo having marked six years of continuous collaboration in November 2025.

Chimes Aviation Academy operates two flight training bases in India across Madhya Pradesh, providing a DGCA-approved training environment for CPL, MEIR, license conversion and cadet program delivery.
