China – Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA) has awarded a Diamond DA40/42 Level 5 Flight Training Device (FTD) contract to Harbin Wright Brothers Science & Technology Development Co., Ltd. valued at RMB 1.15 million (approximately $160,000 USD) under a Chinese Government procurement process, with the winning bid scoring 94.80/100 under a comprehensive evaluation method.
