Global – Cirrus Aircraft has reported 2025 full-year delivery figures of 691 SR Series aircraft and a record 106 Vision Jets — with the SR Series marking its 24th consecutive year as the best-selling high-performance single-engine piston aircraft and the Vision Jet its eighth consecutive year as the best-selling jet in general aviation, according to the General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA) annual report.

  • The 691 SR Series deliveries span the SR20, SR22, and SR22T variants. The year also marked the 11,000th total SR Series delivery — a cumulative milestone for the programme since its launch. The record 106 Vision Jet deliveries extend the single-engine personal jet's leadership position in the business jet segment.
  • The headline product development of the year was the SR Series G7+, which introduced Safe Return Emergency Autoland — making the Cirrus SR Series the world's first single-engine piston aircraft equipped with an FAA-approved autonomous emergency landing system. Passengers can activate the system with a single button press; Safe Return then autonomously communicates with ATC, navigates, and lands the aircraft at the most suitable available airport. The G7+ also introduced Automatic Database Updates, Runway Occupancy Awareness, and Smart Pitot Heat.
  • All Cirrus aircraft now feature a combined safety suite of the Cirrus Airframe Parachute System (CAPS), Safe Return Emergency Autoland, and Perspective Touch+ avionics — a three-layer safety architecture spanning passive, active, and autonomous emergency response.
  • On the flight training side, Cirrus expanded its Cirrus Approach training ecosystem with a new Cirrus Approach app for iPad supporting training material access and student progress tracking paired with Cirrus-certified instructors. A new Instrument Rating Program was also introduced — combining self-study content with in-person flight training for all-weather operations — extending the structured training pathway for existing Cirrus owners.
  • Cirrus expanded Vision Jet simulator-based training capability at its Scottsdale facility with a new Vision Jet full flight simulator for recurrent training, replicating the type's technologically advanced flight deck.
  • On the infrastructure side, Cirrus is expanding its Grand Forks, North Dakota manufacturing facility to support production demand, and opened a new McKinney, Texas location supporting aircraft sales, management, and flight training.
