Cirrus Opens New Talent Center to Strengthen Aerospace Workforce Development in Minnesota

Minnesota, USA – Cirrus, a manufacturer of aircraft including training aircraft popular with flight training organisations, has opened a new Talent Center at its headquarters in Duluth to strengthen recruitment, technical training and workforce development. 

  • The public-facing facility provides access to recruiting, career development, technical training and field service maintenance training for prospective and existing employees.
  • The Talent Center brings together Cirrus' Talent & Organizational Effectiveness (T&OE) and Learning & Development (L&D) teams to support hiring and employee development across administrative, engineering, manufacturing and corporate functions.
  • Cirrus continues to strengthen its workforce pipeline through partnerships with the 148th Air National Guard, Lake Superior College and local high school manufacturing internship programmes, alongside collaborations with industry partners focused on workforce upskilling.
  • The company has hired more than 300 employees in 2026, including 65 positions within Product Development.
  • Cirrus plans to recruit more than 240 additional employees across its Duluth operations during 2026 and 2027, supporting continued investment in its Innovation Center and aircraft production facilities.
