Cirrus Unveils Enhanced G7+ Aircraft Lineup in January 2026

Global – Cirrus Aircraft has unveiled the 2026 SR Series G7+ for its SR20, SR22, and SR22T models, introducing upgraded avionics, safety features, and connectivity enhancements. This generational update reinforces Cirrus’ position as the global leader in high-performance piston aircraft and sets new standards for personal aviation.

  • All 2026 SR Series G7+ aircraft will include advanced features such as Safe Return™ Emergency Autoland, Automatic Database Updates via Cirrus IQ PRO Advanced™, Runway Occupancy Awareness, and Smart Pitot Heat.

  • The SR22 now offers a new 4-blade composite propeller upgrade option, enhancing ramp presence and performance, while retaining a 3-blade composite propeller as standard.

  • Connectivity is improved through enhanced Cirrus Global Connect, offering real-time weather updates every five minutes and expanded weather products, plus high-power USB-C ports for both front and rear cabin occupants.

  • The aircraft’s Perspective Touch+™ avionics have been updated with enhanced visual approach tools, traffic pattern entry options, and customizable display presets.

  • Aesthetically, the G7+ line introduces refreshed Carbon and Platinum liveries, alongside three new premium paint colors—Tangerine, Maldives, and Viridian.

  • Cirrus recently celebrated its 11,000th SR Series delivery, highlighting the enduring success and market leadership of the platform.
