Global – Comply365 has announced the acquisition of MINT Software Systems, a major consolidation in the aviation training management technology segment, accelerating the development of an integrated, AI-powered platform spanning operations, safety, compliance, and training management.

• The acquisition brings together Comply365, a global provider of operational content, safety, and training management solutions, with MINT, a specialist in aviation training and qualification management software used by airlines and training organisations worldwide.

• MINT’s capabilities will form a core foundation of TrainingManager365, Comply365’s next-generation, AI-powered training management solution.

• The combined platform is designed to connect training, operations, and safety data, driving efficiencies, cost reduction, audit readiness, and improved operational integrity across highly regulated aviation environments.

• Comply365 currently supports more than 500 customers globally across aviation, defence, rail, and space sectors.

• The transaction strengthens Comply365’s position in airline and ATO training management, particularly for modern regulatory frameworks including AQP, ATQP, EBT, and CBTA.
