Global – F AIR, one of Central Europe’s largest integrated pilot-training groups, has engaged with global industry stakeholders across two major November events — the European Airline Training Symposium (EATS) 2025 in Lisbon and the Dubai Airshow 2025 — as part of its strategy to strengthen international partnerships and contribute to shaping future pilot-training standards.

At EATS 2025, held from 4–6 November, F AIR was represented by COO Filip Bartůněk and Head of Training Miroslav Srnec. The event convened regulators, training providers, airlines and OEMs to discuss evolving airline-training requirements, competency-based training models and the integration of advanced simulation solutions.

In parallel, F AIR also strengthened its global presence at the Dubai Airshow 2025, represented by Captain Miroslav Srnec and CCO Viliam Visokai. F AIR’s participation builds on its growing role in the Middle East, including its existing position as a flight-training partner to Air Arabia Academy’s Multi-Crew Pilot Licence (MPL) programme.
