Czech Republic - F AIR Flight School, one of Eastern Europe's largest flight training group's, presented the FlyFirst World programme by France-based international pilot training organisation WECAIR at Pilot Expo 2026, highlighting its role as one of the programme's international training partners
- F AIR's Head of Training, Miroslav Srnec, participated in the presentation at Pilot Expo 2026, contributing to a discussion on the factors that underpin airline confidence in training providers — centred on consistent training standards, experienced instructors and structured cooperation between flight schools and airline operators.
- Under the FlyFirst World programme, students complete a stage of their training at F AIR's Czech Republic facilities covering Multi-Engine training and APS MCC, preparing graduates for the transition into airline type rating and First Officer roles. The FlyFirst World programme is a tri-continental, 22-month airline career pathway that progresses through initial flight training in Florida, theoretical ATPL training in Bordeaux, time-building in South Africa, advanced EASA CPL/IR training in Europe, and an MCC/JOC phase on Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 simulators.
- The Pilot Expo 2026 presentation follows a period of active expansion for F AIR. Earlier in 2026, F AIR expanded its cooperation with Boeing on Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) delivery for Area 100 KSA — Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes — with six of the school's theoretical knowledge instructors participating in a two-day Boeing-delivered practical workshop covering modern CBTA assessment frameworks.
- F AIR's ongoing airline partnership portfolio encompasses Vietnam Airlines and VietJet Air (ATPL/CPL and MPL programmes), Qatar Airways (MPL, five-year agreement), Air Arabia Academy (MPL, 14 cohorts), and Czech national carrier Smartwings, among others.
Statements
- "Why do airlines trust certain training organizations? The answer lies in consistent training standards, experienced instructors and strong cooperation between training organizations and the aviation industry," Miroslav Srnec, Head of Training, F AIR Flight School.
