Czech Republic – Flight training organisation F AIR has confirmed its participation in the European Aviation Training Summit (EATS) 2026, taking place in Cascais, Portugal, from November 3–5. The academy will be represented by senior management as it seeks to engage with international aviation training organisations, exchange operational experience and explore potential cooperation opportunities.

  • Two members of F AIR's management team will attend the event: Capt. Miroslav Srnec, Head of Training (HoT), and Filip Bartůněk, Chief Operating Officer (COO).
  • The summit will take place at the Estoril Congress Centre, bringing together airline training executives, flight schools, simulator manufacturers and aviation technology providers. Organisers expect more than 1,000 participants from over 50 countries.
  • F AIR's participation follows continued development of its international airline cadet training activities, including Multi-Crew Pilot Licence (MPL), Integrated ATPL and commercial pilot training programs.
  • AFM previously reported that F AIR commenced the Basic Phase of its Qatar Airways MPL training program at Karlovy Vary Airport in October 2026, following a five-year training agreement signed in June 2025. The academy is responsible for delivering all four phases of the airline's MPL training pathway.
  • F AIR's training infrastructure includes more than 40 aircraft operating across four Czech training bases, supported by a Boeing 737 FNPT II MCC simulator acquired in 2024 and an Airbus A320 FNPT II MCC device added in 2025.
