Czech Republic– Flight training group F AIR has provided an update on its joint Multi-Crew Pilot License (MPL) training program with VietJet Air. Fourteen cadets currently undergoing their Core and Basic Phase training in the Czech Republic are progressing as planned.
The cadets are participating in a Vietnam Civil Aviation Authority (CAAV)-approved MPL program operated jointly by VietJet Aviation Academy and F AIR.As part of their structured training, the cadets are also working toward their European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Private Pilot Licence (PPL)The students started arriving in April 2025 with two groups now in trainingThe program in the Czech Republic takes approximately seven monthsThe long-term cooperation between F AIR and VietJet was formalised in January 2025 in Prague, during a bilateral visit attended by Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala.
