Czech Republic – Czech training aircraft manufacturer BRM AERO, operating under the Bristell Aircraft brand, has hosted a delegation of economic diplomats from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic at its manufacturing facility in Kunovice. The visit provided an opportunity to familiarise incoming diplomatic representatives with the company's aircraft production activities and existing international sales operations.

  • The delegation included 12 representatives preparing for assignments across 11 international cities, including Tel Aviv, Delhi, Canberra, Paris, Kuala Lumpur, Cairo, Rabat, Lviv, Taipei, Istanbul and Bucharest.
  • During the visit, the diplomats toured BRM AERO's manufacturing operations, where the company designs, manufactures, assembles and tests Bristell aircraft. According to the manufacturer, more than 90% of its aircraft components are produced in-house at Kunovice.
  • The engagement comes as Bristell continues to develop its international sales and distribution network, which currently includes more than 30 dealers across five continents. The manufacturer reports having delivered more than 1,200 aircraft since its establishment.
  • AFM previously reported that Bristell secured Indian Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) type acceptance for its B23-912iS and B23-916iS aircraft in July 2026, allowing the two variants to be registered and operated in India. Delhi is among the diplomatic destinations represented in the factory visit.
  • Bristell's aircraft portfolio includes the EASA CS-23-certified B23 family for general aviation and flight training, the Bristell Classic light-sport aircraft and the developing electric B23 Energic. The B23-912 received FAA Part 23 certification in September 2025, while the B23-915 IFR variant is approved for instrument flight training under EASA certification.
