Spain– GreyBird Maintenance, the technical division of Denmark’s largest commercial pilot training provider GreyBird Pilot Academy, has announced the opening of its new EASA Part-145 maintenance workshop in Hinojosa del Duque. The expansion supports the academy’s high-volume flight training operations and reinforces its commitment to aircraft safety and reliability.
The new facility supports the maintenance of the academy’s training fleet through collaboration between its technical team, in-house CAMO, the aircraft manufacturer, and flight school.The company is currently hiring Aircraft Mechanics with a focus on safety, quality, and experience, particularly those familiar with Rotax engines.Key requirements include:EASA Aircraft Maintenance License (AML) with B1.1, B1.2, B1.3, or B1.4 categoriesExperience in General Aviation (GA) maintenanceCAMO/CAO experience is a plusThe role offers a fixed monthly salary, flexible daytime hours (06:00–15:30), and a structured onboarding process.
