Denmark – GreyBird Pilot Academy, one of the Denmark's largest pilot training organisations and a multi-country Nordic flight training group, is recruiting two full-time flight instructors for its training operations at Aarhus Airport, with sponsorship for CRI/SPA instructor certification offered to qualified candidates who are not yet certified.

  • The two roles are both based permanently at Aarhus Airport, Denmark, with one position specifically targeting candidates willing to relocate to Aarhus. Both positions include sponsored CRI/SPA (Class Rating Instructor / Single Pilot Aircraft) certification for eligible candidates meeting EASA FCL requirements.
  • The roles combine aircraft-based flight instruction with occasional classroom and simulator-based theoretical teaching, with structured onboarding, predictable scheduling and the opportunity to conduct training flights across multiple European countries.
  • Minimum requirements include an EASA ATPL or CPL and multi-engine piston (MEP) PIC experience, alongside meeting the technical and academic knowledge requirements of EASA FCL for CRI/SPA ME or IRI MEP.
  • The Aarhus Airport positions form part of GreyBird's broader Nordic expansion strategy. The academy confirmed plans to enter the Norwegian market in 2026, complementing existing and planned operations across Denmark, Sweden and Finland, following the launch of its first Helsinki training class in January 2026.
