Diamond Aircraft Hosts Flight Training and Technical Sessions at Diamond Fest 2026 in Canada

Canada – aircraft manufacturer Diamond Aircraft Canada and the manufacturer-backed Diamond Flying Club hosted Diamond Fest 2026 at the company’s London, Ontario facility on August 21-22, bringing together flight school representatives, pilots, aircraft owners, maintenance professionals and industry partners.

  • Four educational sessions were delivered during the event, including “Recurrent and Transition Training for Diamond Pilots” presented by Eric Jordan of Take Flight Aviation. Additional sessions covered on-condition maintenance, analysis of engine and ECU data using artificial intelligence, and Garmin solutions for Diamond pilots.
  • The two-day program was held at Diamond Aircraft Canada’s headquarters at London International Airport (CYXU) and included guided factory tours alongside the technical seminars. Flight school representatives were among the operator groups attending.
  • Aircraft featured during the event included a DA42 operated by Diamond Flight Centre, a DA50 RG and a DA62, while a DA40 NG, DA50 RG and DA62 participated in a formation flight during Airshow London SkyDrive.
