Global – CPaT Global, a leading provider of aviation training software solutions, is seeking to hire a Senior Director of Sales – The Americas, a key leadership role focused on driving enterprise SaaS revenue and strategic account growth across North, Central, and South America.

  • The full-time position is based in Houston, Texas, and reports directly into executive leadership with ownership of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), key airline accounts, and regional sales execution.

  • Responsibilities include:

    • Leading regional ARR performance

    • Managing complex enterprise SaaS sales cycles

    • Expanding strategic airline and training organization relationships

    • Coaching a regional sales team

    • Driving multi-year contract renewals and new business

    • Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM hygiene using Salesforce

  • Required qualifications:

    • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS or B2B sales experience

    • Demonstrated success managing major accounts and regional targets

    • Strong negotiation and executive-level communication skills

    • Experience in Salesforce and pipeline management

    • Hands-on leadership with willingness to travel internationally as needed
