Global – CPaT Global, a leading provider of aviation training software solutions, is seeking to hire a Senior Director of Sales – The Americas, a key leadership role focused on driving enterprise SaaS revenue and strategic account growth across North, Central, and South America.
The full-time position is based in Houston, Texas, and reports directly into executive leadership with ownership of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), key airline accounts, and regional sales execution.
Responsibilities include:
Leading regional ARR performance
Managing complex enterprise SaaS sales cycles
Expanding strategic airline and training organization relationships
Coaching a regional sales team
Driving multi-year contract renewals and new business
Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM hygiene using Salesforce
Required qualifications:
5+ years of enterprise SaaS or B2B sales experience
Demonstrated success managing major accounts and regional targets
Strong negotiation and executive-level communication skills
Experience in Salesforce and pipeline management
Hands-on leadership with willingness to travel internationally as needed
