Global – CPaT Global, a leading provider of aviation training software solutions, is seeking to hire a Senior Director of Sales – The Americas, a key leadership role focused on driving enterprise SaaS revenue and strategic account growth across North, Central, and South America.
- The full-time position is based in Houston, Texas, and reports directly into executive leadership with ownership of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), key airline accounts, and regional sales execution.
- Responsibilities include:Leading regional ARR performanceManaging complex enterprise SaaS sales cyclesExpanding strategic airline and training organization relationshipsCoaching a regional sales teamDriving multi-year contract renewals and new businessMaintaining accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM hygiene using Salesforce
