AFM.aero together with Emirates Flight Training Academy hosted a Flight Training Panel at the Dubai Airshow which included Flight School Leaders from around the globe;

– Alex Alvarez (Owner and CEO of Spain based FlyBy) shared how he managed to double in size during the pandemic and providing insights into the European market

– Joel Davidson (CEO of US Flight Training Giant AeroGuard Flight Training Center) provided the audience and panel with optimism by sharing how quickly things improved in the US and the strong pilot demand seen with US airlines

– Attie Niemann (Owner and Executive Chairman of the largest Pilot Training Organization on the African Continent 43 Air School (Pty) Ltd) highlighted key area’s Pilot Training Industry leaders should closely follow in the coming year including supply chain issues, digitization and addressing the affordability of flight training

– Cristopher Magdangal (Regional Director Alpha Aviation Group (AAG)) shared how South-East Asia was still battling the pandemic and how significantly the flight training industry will have shrunk in that part of the world as a result of the pandemic
