Netherlands – European Pilot Selection and Training B.V. (EPST), a Netherlands-based EASA Approved Training Organisation, has purchased an AMO PILOTS Automatic Flight Performance Monitoring system from AMST-Aviation B.V., expanding EPST's evidence-based pilot selection capabilities in support of its airline partner clients.

The AMO PILOTS system is designed to support evidence-based pilot selection using ICAO behaviour markers, providing objective, data-driven assessment of pilot performance during selection processes.
EPST, founded in 1997, operates under EASA ATO approval (ATO NL-37) and delivers ab initio pilot training, advanced training programs, pilot recruitment, and pilot selection services, including B737 and A320 EASA-qualified FTD simulators.
The acquisition follows AMST's presentation of the AMO Automatic Flight Performance Monitoring system at Pilot Expo 2026 in February, and extends an existing relationship between the two organisations, with both parties indicating an intention to further expand their collaboration.
