Global – Swiss electric aircraft manufacturer Smartflyer participated in Aero India, one of Asia’s largest air shows, highlighting the need for modern, sustainable training aircraft in India’s rapidly growing aviation market.

Statement

For India to remain at the forefront of aviation technology, it needs to consider replacing these newly purchased aircraft with a more modern fleet, such as hybrid-electric aircraft like the SmartFlyer SF1. The SmartFlyer SF1 is unique in offering a flight deck concept that closely mirrors that of a modern airliner. Its distinctive design, with the propeller integrated into the vertical tail, not only increases efficiency and provides a quieter learning environment but also significantly reduces direct operating costs by up to 50%.” sharedRolf Stuber.
