Elixir Completes First Aircraft Deliveries to 2 US Flight Schools

USA – training aircraft manufacturer Elixir Aircraft has delivered its first three aircraft to US customers, comprising two aircraft for Cirrus Aviation in Florida and one for Sierra Charlie Aviation in Arizona. The deliveries introduce a new FAA-certified training platform to both schools and establish the first operational base for Elixir’s planned North American fleet growth.

• Cirrus Aviation has placed a firm order for 10 aircraft, while Sierra Charlie Aviation has committed to 100 aircraft.
• Elixir reports an order book of approximately 300 aircraft, including firm orders, pre-orders and letters of intent, with most demand originating from the United States.
• Elixir Co-Founder and President Arthur Léopold-Léger flew the first US delivery from La Rochelle under visual flight rules, travelling through Scotland, Iceland, Greenland and Canada before continuing to Florida and Arizona.
• Aircraft produced in La Rochelle are reassembled at Elixir’s Sarasota facility before customer delivery. The US operation also holds spare parts and provides local technical support for North American operators.
• The Elixir is a two-seat, single-engine aircraft certified under EASA CS-23 in 2020 and FAA Part 23 on July 22, 2025. Its training configuration includes a one-piece carbon-fibre airframe, Garmin G3X avionics and an airframe parachute.
• Elixir reports that 60 aircraft are operating in Europe and that production capacity is being expanded in La Rochelle.
• The company raised EUR45 million, approximately USD50 million, in July 2026 to support its industrial growth and launch the Equinox aircraft program.
