Emirates Flight Training Academy is Seeking Experienced Flight Instructors in 2025

Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Emirates Flight Training Academy is seeking experienced Flight Instructors to deliver high-quality training to ab-initio pilot cadets. The role involves providing instruction on SR-22 single-engine aircraft, with potential progression to the DA42 twin-engine fleet after demonstrated proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver flight, simulator, and ground instruction to ab-initio cadets
  • Conduct pre- and post-flight briefings to ensure cadets fully understand procedures and lessons
  • Monitor cadet progress, conduct regular checks, and generate performance reports
  • Ensure the safety of cadets and report incidents or violations as required
  • Research and recommend training improvements
  • Participate in other training initiatives as directed by the Chief Flight Instructor

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 700 total flight hours, including 500 instructional hours and 200 IFR hours
  • GCAA or ICAO CPL or ATPL with Single Engine Class Rating
  • Flight Instructor Rating with Night and Instrument privileges
  • Class 1 Medical Certificate without restrictions
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency level 5 or higher
  • Experience in ab-initio flight instruction at a large Approved Training Organization (ATO)
  • Proficient in instructional techniques and teaching methodologies
  • Computer literate
