Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Emirates has announced a series of pilot recruitment roadshows across Europe, aimed at attracting experienced flight crew to join its expanding flight operations team. The roadshows will cover key cities in Italy, Norway, Finland, and Sweden over April and May 2025.

• Emirates will host in-person pilot roadshows in the following locations and dates:
  • Milan (Bergamo), Italy: 10–11 April
  • Bologna, Italy: 12–13 April
  • Rome, Italy: 15–16 April
  • Oslo, Norway: 9–10 May
  • Helsinki, Finland: 11–12 May
  • Stockholm, Sweden: 14–15 May
• The sessions will offer insights into:
  • Emirates’ pilot recruitment and assessment processes
  • Life and working conditions for pilots in Dubai
  • Fleet structure and career progression opportunities
• The roadshows are open to interested and qualified commercial pilots seeking to learn more about opportunities with Emirates.
