Emirates Welcomes 126 Cadets to National Pilot Program in February 2026

United Arab Emirates – Emirates has inducted 126 Nationals into its National Cadet Pilot Program, reinforcing its long-term pilot pipeline strategy and investment in local talent development. The National Cadet Pilot Program provides a structured route from ab initio training at Emirates Flight Training Academy through to type rating and line operations within the Emirates fleet.
