Empower.aero Delivers MPL Train-the-Trainer Course in 2026 to Pegasus Airlines Training Team

Türkiye – Empower.aero, an aviation training consultancy specializing in Evidence-Based Training (EBT) and Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) implementation, has completed a three-day Multi-Crew Pilot Licence (MPL) Train-the-Trainer course with Pegasus Airlines' training team in Türkiye, led by Captain Korhan Celik.

• The course was led by Empower.aero co-founders Andy Mitchell, who holds Fellowship of the Royal Aeronautical Society (FRAeS), and Ignacio Gallego.
• In May AFM reported that Empower.aero had launched CBTA-UNITY, described as a unified baseline competency framework designed to harmonize pilot training data and standards across all regulatory landscapes globally.
