Florida, USA – Epic Flight Academy, an FAA Part 141 flight training group, welcomed its latest class of student pilots to its New Smyrna Beach headquarters campus for orientation on August 8, 2026.
- New Smyrna Beach offers Epic’s part-time, full-time and six-month Fast Track pilot programmes and is FAA Part 141 certified and accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges.
- Epic launched its six-month Fast Track Pilot Program at New Smyrna Beach in June 2026. Participants train seven days per week across aircraft, simulators, ground school, academic study and cross-country operations while progressing through private pilot, instrument, commercial single-engine and commercial multi-engine qualifications.
- AFM previously reported that Epic welcomed 22 student pilots to New Smyrna Beach in July 2026.
- Epic reported in July 2026 that its aircraft fleet had grown to more than 70 aircraft.
- The academy is also preparing to introduce a new aircraft platform. Textron Aviation selected Epic in July as launch customer for the Pipistrel Voyager, with Epic committing to an initial 10 aircraft and planning for up to 50 as it expands training capacity across its campus network.
- Epic’s current locations directory lists 11 flight training campuses across Florida, Texas, Colorado, Utah, Arizona and Alabama, alongside two FAA Part 147 aircraft mechanic training locations in Florida and Kentucky.
