Colombia&United Arab Emirates– Etihad Airways is launching an A320 First Officer Assessment Event in Colombia as part of its global pilot recruitment campaign, targeting experienced pilots based in South America. This comes in response to overwhelming interest from pilots in the region and is part of the airline’s broader strategy to attract international aviation talent.

The recruitment event will focus on A320 First Officers who meet a specific set of experience and certification requirements. Candidates are encouraged to apply only if they are currently based in South America, as assessment events in other regions will be announced soon.
